Sugar-Free Pumpkin Bread + Caramel Glaze

Sugar-free pumpkin bread with a caramel glaze? You read that correctly! Halloween is fast approaching so we decided to celebrate the occasion with pumpkin bread! This isn’t any ol’ pumpkin bread though, we made this sugar-free AND we added a delicious caramel glaze on top. It’s easy and the perfect treat for the season!

Let’s begin!

Pumpkin Bread

Here is what you’ll need

  • All-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • Ground nutmeg (1 teaspoon)
  • Ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  • Ground cloves (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  • Unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks, softened)
  • Pure pumpkin (15 oz.)
  • Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX for Beverages (2 cups)
  • Eggs (2 eggs, large)

Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F. Grease a 8 x 4 in. loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a mixing bowl, pour 2 cups of flour. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt into your mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Next, comes the ground cloves! Add 1 teaspoon of ground cloves into your mixture. After adding the ground cloves, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Next, add 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg into the mixture. After you’ve poured all of your dry ingredients into your mixing bowl, whisk them all together.

Set the dry ingredients aside and in another mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 sticks of softened butter. Since this pumpkin bread is sugar-free, we added our SweetenFx! Two cups to be exact!

Using an electric mixer, combine the sugar and the butter together. It may still be grainy but that’s okay! Next, add 2 large eggs to the mixture. Beat well!

After the butter and sugar mixture have reached a fluffy consistency, slowly begin to add the pure pumpkin. Next, fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix well!!

Transfer your batter into your prepared loaf pan and place it in the oven for 65-70 minutes.

Caramel Glaze

Here is what you’ll need

  1. Combine the SweetenFX, milk, and Nature’s Flavors Caramel extract in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until glaze begins to thicken.
  2. Once the pumpkin bread cools for about 30 minutes, glaze it with the caramel glaze and enjoy!

pumpkin spice sugar scrub

Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub

Wanna smell like pumpkin spice and have ya skin feel nice? We got you! We made an exfoliating but nourishing pumpkin spice body scrub! This scrub includes sunflower oil, jojoba oil, brown sugar, honey, and Nature’s Flavors Organic Pumpkin Spice Fragrance Powder. All of the ingredients that we used for this scrub have amazing benefits for your skin. Here’s a quick breakdown of them:

Sunflower Oil Is;

  • non-comedogenic! This means it will moisturize your skin without clogging your pores.
  • rich in Vitamin E! Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect your skin against free radicals.
  • amazing at protecting your skin’s natural barrier. Sunflower oil contains an element named Linoleic acid which can help your skin retain moisture and protect it against germs and bacteria.

Jojoba Oil Is;

  • a natural humectant! This means it helps your skin retain moisture by creating a protective barrier.
  • a sebum controller. Jojoba oil is similar to the sebum produced by your body naturally. It sends a signal to your hair and sweat follicles letting them know that no more sebum is needed
  • also non-comedogenic. No clogged pores here!

Brown Sugar Is;

  • the perfect exfoliator. Brown sugar helps molecules deeply penetrate the skin which loosens bonds of skin cells. This promotes new cell growth reveling healthier skin.
  • a natural humectant. It keeps your skin beautiful and moisturized!
  • very moisturizing! Even though brown sugar removes dead skin cells, its properties keep your skin hydrated and supple.

Honey Is;

  • anti-microbial. It helps your skin fight against infections.
  • great at fading scars! Since honey is rich in antioxidants, it helps repair and nourish damaged skin.
  • extremely hydrating! Making it the perfect addition to any body scrub!

The Process

For this sugar scrub you’ll need, a medium mixing bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a spatula, and a container to store your scrub in. As we mentioned earlier, we used brown sugar (2 cups), sunflower oil (½ cup), jojoba oil (½ cup), honey (1 tablespoon), and our Organic Pumpkin Spice Fragrance Powder (½ teaspoon).
