  • 4 Avocados, ripe
  • 1 tsp Citric acid powder
  • 2 Serrano or jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 Red onion, medium, diced
  • 3-4 Limes, squeezed
  • 1-2 Small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice your avocados and mash them to your liking in a bowl.
  • After dicing all the veggies, go ahead and add those and stir.
  • Add seasoning.
  • Do one final mix and enjoy!

Graham Cracker Crust

Begin by combining the crushed graham cracker crumbs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

In a 9 inch pan, press the graham cracker crust mixture into the pan. Make sure it’s even and compact. Set aside.

Cranberry Pie Filling

Begin by beating the heavy whipping cream until it reaches stiff peaks.

In another bowl, combine the sugar and the cream cheese together until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Add in the cranberry sauce, Nature’s Flavors Vanilla Extract, Nature’s Flavors Cranberry Extract, and the Nature’s Flavors Orange Extract. Stir!

Add in 1 teaspoon of Seelect Tea’s Pink Food Coloring into the mixture. You can add more if you’d your pie to be a darker pink.

Fold the cranberry mixture into the heavy whipping cream and mix carefully.

Transfer your mixture onto your prepared pie crust and allow it to chill for about 7 hours or until it firms.

Instructions

  • In another mixing bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese together until they reach a smooth consistency.
  • Add in the cranberry sauce, Nature’s Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract, Nature’s Flavors Organic Orange Extract, and Nature’s Flavors Organic Cranberry Extract. Gently fold.
  • Next, add Seelect Tea Pink Food Coloring to the mixture. We added one teaspoon but feel free to add more if you'd like your mixture to be a darker pink.
  • Fold the whipped cream mixture into the pink cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the mixture onto the pie pan and allow it to chill for about 7 hours.
  • Once chilled, garnish it with berries! Enjoy!

Notes

  • Garnishes: Condensed Milk, berries, and/or whipped cream.
  • If you can allow it to chill overnight, do it! It will give your pie a better consistency.

Ingredients

  • Hulled hemp seeds (½ cup)
  • Water (3-4 cups)
  • Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX (1 tablespoon, optional)
  • Nature’s Flavors Natural Vanilla Extract (½ teaspoon, optional)

The Process

  1. To begin, combine the hemp seeds, water, salt, SweetenFX, and the vanilla extract in a high speed blender. Blend for about a minute or until your mixture looks like it’s been well combined.
  2. Make any adjustments if necessary and if you decide to strain your milk, now would be the time!
