One of the biggest reasons we have A TON of recipes involving sweets is because sugar is a huge contributor to diabetes and other health diseases. Artificial food coloring is also REALLY bad for you, and it’s in almost everything you eat! But if we avoided everything that would make us sick, would we ever have anything delicious to eat? OF COURSE, WE WOULD! You can still eat cookies 🍪, ice cream 🍦, pie 🥧, and the like… you just have to know what to replace the bad stuff with!
