Start by bisecting a lime and set aside the other half for later.
Using a serrated knife, graze the rind of the lime. This will bring out the lime oil and intensify the drink’s citrus flavor.
Cut it into four pieces and place two in the glass.
Squeeze the juices of the other two in the glass.
(No lime no problem! Just use an ounce of Nature’s Flavors Organic Lemon Lime Syrup) Tear up the chunky pieces of mint and place on top.
Pour 2 oz. of rum. Let the flavors infuse for a few minutes.
Add 2 tbsp. of sugar into the concoction.
Pour club soda and gently mix just enough to dissolve the sugar. Try not to further tear the mint.
Add the dragon fruit chunks and ice in the drink.
Garnish with a spring of mint and a wedge of lime (optional).
