Did you know some fruits contain melatonin?
Yes, the sleep hormone we naturally produce is found in certain fruits. Studies have shown tart cherries, eggs, and goji berries contain levels of melatonin. And tart cherry juice has recently been trending for its unique ability to have a positive effect on sleep.

Tart cherry juice also contains tryptophan which is an amino acid responsible for producing melatonin. With melatonin and tryptophan packed into one fruit juice you are sure to get some shut-eye.

BUT just In case that wasn’t enough melatonin for you, we added @seelect_tea ‘s Melatonin Chamomile Tea to really put you to rest.
