Guacamole Recipe with Citric Acid Powder

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Avocados, ripe
  • 1 tsp Organic Citric Acid Powder
  • 2 Serrano or jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 Red onion, medium, diced
  • 3-4 Limes, squeezed
  • 1-2 Small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice your avocados, and mash them to your liking in a bowl.
  • After dicing the serrano or jalapeño peppers and the onion, go ahead and add those to the mashed avocados and stir.
  • Add in the minced garlic cloves.
  • Dissolve the pure citric acid powder into the fresh lime juice in a separate bowl. Then, add the lime juice with the citric acid powder to the guacamole.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Do one final mix, and enjoy your fresh guacamole!
