  • Add the white chocolate chips, butter and, condensed milk into a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
  • Microwave the ingredients in two 20-second increments until chocolate chips are melted. Stir ingredients with a spatula after each increment.
  • Once the ingredients are melted, add in the lemon flavor oil and natural food coloring.
  • Spray the baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Add the lemon fudge mixture into the baking pan.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours. After two hours, slice the fudge and enjoy.
