In a mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, salt, and melted butter together.
Press the mixture onto a 9-inch pie pan to create an even layer. Set aside.
Cranberry Pie Filling
Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese together until they reach a smooth consistency.
Add in the cranberry sauce, Nature’s Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract, Nature’s Flavors Organic Orange Extract, and Nature’s Flavors Organic Cranberry Extract. Gently fold.
Next, add Seelect Tea Pink Food Coloring to the mixture. We added one teaspoon but feel free to add more if you'd like your mixture to be a darker pink.
Fold the whipped cream mixture into the pink cream cheese mixture.
Pour the mixture onto the pie pan and allow it to chill for about 7 hours.
