No-bake Cranberry Pie

Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 ½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Tsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Butter melted

Cranberry Pie Filling

Graham Cracker Crust

  • In a mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, salt, and melted butter together.
  • Press the mixture onto a 9-inch pie pan to create an even layer. Set aside.

Cranberry Pie Filling

  • Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese together until they reach a smooth consistency.
  • Add in the cranberry sauce, Nature’s Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract, Nature’s Flavors Organic Orange Extract, and Nature’s Flavors Organic Cranberry Extract. Gently fold.
  • Next, add Seelect Tea Pink Food Coloring to the mixture. We added one teaspoon but feel free to add more if you'd like your mixture to be a darker pink.
  • Fold the whipped cream mixture into the pink cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the mixture onto the pie pan and allow it to chill for about 7 hours.
  • Once chilled, garnish it with berries! Enjoy!

Notes

  • Garnishes: Condensed Milk, berries, and/or whipped cream.
  • If you can allow it to chill overnight, do it! It will give your pie a better consistency.
