Pumpkin Bread + Caramel Glaze

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 1/2 sticks Unsalted butter, softened
- 15 ounces Pure pumpkin
- 2 cups Nature's Flavors SweetenFX for Beverages
- 2 Eggs
Caramel Glaze
- 2 cups Nature's Flavors SweetenFX for Baking
- 5 tablespoons Milk
- 1/8 teaspoon Nature's Flavors Organic Caramel Extract
Pumpkin Bread
Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F. Grease a 8 x 4 in. loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Next, comes the ground cloves! Add 1 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Whisk them all together.
Set the dry ingredients aside and in another mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 sticks of softened butter and 2 cups of SweetenFX.
Using an electric mixer, combine the sugar and the butter together. It may still be grainy but that's okay!
Add 2 large eggs to the mixture. Beat well!
After the butter and sugar mixture have reached a fluffy consistency, slowly begin to add the pure pumpkin.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix well!!
Transfer your batter into your prepared loaf pan and place it in the oven for 65-70 minutes.
Caramel Glaze
Combine the SweetenFX, milk, and Nature’s Flavors Caramel extract in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until glaze begins to thicken.
Once the pumpkin bread cools for about 30 minutes, glaze it with the caramel glaze and enjoy!
