Blending Your Own Special Holiday Scents: Mixing Spicy and Woody Fragrant Notes

Craft your own unique blend for a richer, more nuanced, personalized scent. It may take a few trials and errors to get it just right. But when it does… it’s worth it!
When mixing fragrant notes, it’s important to keep in mind the 30/50/20 rule:
- 30% top note (3 drops)
- 50% middle note (5 drops)
- 20% base note (2 drops)
We recommend using a woody scent for the base and a spicy fragrance as the middle note, topping it off with a surprisingly sweet top note like butter toffee or gingerbread. You can even use orange or fig if you want fruity notes!
