Everything is fresh and made-to-order. Our production team has to – literally – create your order and then it is shipped to you. Other companies that sell artificial products have preservatives and other ingredients that aren’t healthy for you and that allow the product to be stored and shipped at their convenience.

DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, we have a limited number of staff members, but our orders have increased tremendously, so our current processing time is 4-5 weeks, but we hope that with time that processing time improves. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Nope! All of our products are natural and derived from plant and vegetable extracts.
Many of our products are highly concentrated, and as a result can have an extremely strong chemical smell or taste if not used in the recommended dosage.
We suggest using about 0.25% (minimum) to 4% (maximum) of your overall product weight.
You probably over flavored your application. Our flavors are pure, concentrated flavor, so you won’t get any watered down flavors from us. Most applications should start with 0.25% to 1% usage, and up to a maximum of 4% of flavor by total weight.
