Mango Chili Wings

- 1 Blender or Immersion Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 cup Mango Chili Syrup
- 2 tbsp Cold water
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 dozen Pre seasoned wings
Instructions
- Using a food processor or blender, add in the mango puree, habanero extract, garlic powder, onion powder, and habanero extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, add in the mango chili syrup with the blended mixture to combine. Stir occasionally to avoid the mixture sticking to the pan. Add in the cornstarch slurry for a thicker consistency.
- In a large mixing bowl, take your cooked or precooked wings and toss them into the sauce.
- Place the coated wings onto a baking sheet and put them back in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the sauce has slightly caramelized.
