  3. Crust:
    1. Begin by pulverising the graham crackers into fine crumbs, You can use a food processor or a blender.
    2. Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl and add the melted coconut oil. Mix!
    3. Press the mixture onto your prepared baking pan and bake for 8 minutes.
    4. Allow it to cool while you make the filling.
  4. Filling:
    1. Start by beating the softened cream cheese. Add in the greek yogurt, sweetenfx, egg whites, and flour. The mixture should be creamy.
    2. Add NF’s lemon concentrate and NF’s vanilla extract into the mixture. Fold in the vanilla morsels.
  5. Pour the filling mixture on top of the crust. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow the bars to chill and place them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

We’re saving our planet by not using packaging for these little gems. All of these ingredients are natural/organic! And the best part is that you have full control over what you decide to rub all of over your skin. Let’s begin!

Tools

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Stainless steel spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Disposable pipettes
  • Heart mold
  • Freezer

Ingredients

Base

Nature’s Flavors Fragrance oils

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the candelilla wax and Nature’s Flavors Sunflower Oil. Melt the oils in 30 second increments until you reach a smooth, oily consistency.
  2. Add the cocoa butter wafers into the hot wax. Stir the mixture until the wafers melt. If necessary, place the bowl in the microwave and heat the mixture in 30 second increments until the wafers melt. Don’t overheat.
  3. Using a disposable pipette, add in Nature’s Flavors Lavender Fragrance Oil and Nature’s Flavors Orange Fragrance Oil into the mixture. Stir. Set aside.
  4. Place your desired amount of fresh lavender leaves into each heart mold.
  5. Begin by pouring a thin layer, enough to cover the lavender leaves, and using a spoon, press the lavender leaves down. Allow it to cool before pouring the rest of the lotion bar mixture.
    • This allows the lavender leaves to stay in place and not rise up.
  6. Pour the remaining mixture into each heart mold.
  7. Place the mold in the freezer for faster cooling and to avoid crystallization.

Raspberry Filling

Directions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. We sprayed the parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray just in case. Set aside.
  3. Combine the oats, brown sugar, almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is almost ground.
  4. Add in the butter and pulse until the mixture becomes a crumbly dough-like consistency.
  5. Press the cinnamon oat base into the bottoms of the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake the base for 10 minutes.
  7. While the base is baking, make the raspberry filling. Combine the raspberries, flour, brown sugar, Nature’s Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.
  8. Mix everything together with an electric mixer. Don’t overmix, it’s okay to have pieces of raspberries in the mixture.
  9. Take out the cinnamon base from the oven and create a even layer of the raspberry filling all across the baking sheet.
  10. We sprinkled lemon zest and oats on top of the raspberry filling to give it a little extra touch.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  12. Allow the bars to completely cool before cutting and serving.
  13. Enjoy your Cinnamon Oat Raspberry Bars!
