- Start with the yolks in the mixing bowl, beat the yolks on high. Slowly add in Nature’s Flavors Sweetenfx Sugar.

- Using a spatula, slowly fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- Then sift the flour mixture into the yolk & egg white mixture. Fold the ingredients until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared glass pan.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for an hour before pouring the tres leches mixture on top.
Tres Leches Mixture
- Whisk the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and the milk together.
- After the cake has cooled, using a butter knife, run the knife all around the edges to allow the milk mixture to soak. We also recommend poking holes at the top of the cake to allow the milk mixture to really soak the cake.
- Pour the milk mixture all over the cake and allow it to set overnight.
Butter Rum Frosting
- Beat the heavy whipping cream with Nature’s Flavors Organic Powdered Sugar until it becomes thick.
- Add in eight drops of Nature’s Flavors Butter Rum Extract into the mixture. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the cake using a spatula.
- Enjoy your Tres Leches Cake with Butter Rum Frosting!
