Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie…let us have a minute to really take that in. Honestly, we don’t feel the need to explain this one because the name says it all. However, we will say that our Organic Chocolate Cheesecake Flavor Extract really tied this one together! Let’s


  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Electric mixer
  • Glass cup
  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave
  • Toothpick
  • Peeler
  • Chocolate mold
  • Disposable pipette
  • Ziplock bag



Chocolate Shavings

  • Milk chocolate chips (melted, ¼ cup)
  • White chocolate chips (melted, ¼ cup)


Chocolate Shavings

  1. To begin, melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals
  2. Do the same for the white chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the milk chocolate onto the chocolate mold to create an even layer.
  4. Pour the white chocolate on top of the milk chocolate creating vertical or horizontal lines. Using a toothpick, swirl the layers together.
  5. Allow the chocolate to set for about 45 minutes.
  6. Once the chocolate has set, pop the chocolate out of the mold.
  7. Using a peeler, create chocolate shavings to coat the entire rim of the glass cup. Set the chocolate shavings aside.

Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until they reach a smooth consistency.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass cup into the melted chocolate.
  3. Quickly, begin to sprinkle the chocolate shavings on top of the chocolate rim. Allow it to set and set it to the side.
  4. Using a ziplock bag, crush one sheet of graham crackers and set them aside.
  5. Combine the vanilla yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, Nature’s Flavors Organic Chocolate Cheesecake Flavor Extract, flax meal, and Nature’s Flavors Organic Cocoa Powder in a blender. Blend on high power until everything is smooth.
  6. Add some of the crushed graham crackers into the smoothie, mix it all in with a spoon.
  7. Pour your smoothie into your glass.
  8. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Place the whipped cream on top of your smoothie and top it off with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
