Regular sized cheesecakes are cool but let’s be real, no-bake mini cheesecakes are 1,000 times better! The team at Nature’s Flavors made this delicious mini cheesecake recipe. They’re miniature AND they’re a no-bake treat!

Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
- Graham cracker crumbs (6 sheets)
- Unsalted butter melted (4 tablespoons)
Cheesecake
- Heavy whipping cream ( 1 ¼ cups)
- Cream cheese (16 oz.)
- Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX (½ cup)
- Nature’s Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
- Diced apple
- Nature’s Flavors Caramel Apple Dip
Instructions
Crust
- In a ziplock bag, using a rolling pin, crush the graham crackers.
- Stir the crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, and the unsalted butter together.
- Distribute a tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into each cupcake liner and pack the crust tightly. (A shot glass works perfectly!)
- Store the cupcake tin in the freezer for about 20 minutes. You can prepare the filling while it sets.
Filling
- Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed for about 4-5 minutes. Set it aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX sugar until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. Remember to scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula to make sure that all your ingredients are combined.
- Add in Nature’s Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract and beat for about 2-3 minutes. Make sure there are no lumps in your mixture.
- Using a mixer on low speed, slowly fold the whipped cream onto the cheesecake filling.
- Remove the crusts from the freezer. Spread the cheesecake filling onto each cupcake liner.
- Cover the cupcake tin with plastic wrap/aluminum foil and refrigerate it for at least 6 hours. The longer you refrigerate it for the better your cheesecake will be.
- Toppings: Before serving, garnish your mini cheesecakes with diced apples and drizzle Nature’s Flavors Caramel Apple Dip on top!
