
Vegan Cinnamon Rolls…it doesn’t get any tastier than that! Not only are they vegan but they’re SUGAR-FREE!

Ingredients
Cinnamon Roll Dough
- Soy milk (1 cup, any plant based milk is fine)
- Nature’s Flavors Organic SweetenFX Sugar-free Sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Vegan butter (3 tablespoons)
- Instant yeast (1 packet, 2 ¼ teaspoon)
- All-purpose flour (3 cups)
- Salt (¼ teaspoon)

Filling
- Nature’s Flavors Organic SweetenFX Sugar-free Sugar (¼ cup)
- Vegan butter (3 tablespoons)
- Ground cinnamon (1 tablespoon)
Topping
- Vegan Butter (2 tablespoons)
Glaze
- Nature’s Flavors Organic Powdered SweetenFX Sugar-free Sugar (1 cup)
- Soy milk (5 tablespoons)
- Nature’s Flavors Organic Brown Sugar and Tea Flavoring (6-8 drops)
Directions
Cinnamon Roll Dough
- Begin by placing the vegan butter and soy milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the ingredients until the butter melts. However, don’t allow the mixture to boil.
- Transfer the butter and milk into the large mixing bowl. Add the yeast, Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX Sugar, and the salt into the bowl and allow it to activate for about 10 minutes.
- After the mixture has set, slowly begin to add the flour. We suggest adding 1/2 cup at a time. Continue to stir. The mixture will begin to thicken and it’ll become sticky.
- Once the mixture becomes too thick to mix, transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough until you can form a loose ball with it.
- Prepare a mixing bowl by lightly coating it with olive oil. Place the dough in the mixing bowl and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Allow it to double in size, we waited about an hour for the dough to rise.

Filling
- Meanwhile, the dough is rising, melt the vegan butter in the microwave.
- Add in Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX Sugar and the ground cinnamon to the bowl. Set aside.
- To roll the dough, place a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface and lightly flour it.
- Once the dough has doubled in size, place it on top of the parchment paper and place a separate sheet of parchment paper on top of it.
- Using the rolling pin, flatten out the dough and try to create an even rectangle.
- Once you’ve reached your desired shape, use a baking brush to brush the filling onto the surface of the dough. Create an even layer of filling all across.
- Begin on one end of the dough and slowly begin to roll it up to create a tight roll.
- After you’ve rolled it up, place the seam at the bottom to prevent the roll from unrolling.
- Using a serrated knife or floss, cut the dough into 2 inch sections and position all the rolls into your oiled baking pan.
Topping
- Melt the vegan butter and using a baking brush, brush the butter all over the cinnamon rolls.
- Bake the rolls at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Glaze
- Remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine Nature’s Flavors SweetenFX Powdered Sugar and soy milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until you reach gooey consistency.
- Glaze the rolls with the mixture.
- Enjoy your Vegan Cinnamon Rolls!
